During the pre wedding days you are so busy with all the preparations
and arrangements that you tend to forget many things. You neglect your
food and sleep, which not only harms your health but also affects your
skin. You don't take adequate skin care but it is a vital time in your
life when you need it more than ever. If you find your skin looking
dull and stressed, it means either you are not having proper diet or
sleep. So in order to look fresh and vibrant it is important you take
proper care of your skin. When your skin feels dry and dull the most

especially if you already have a dry skin. Avoid taking a bath with
very hot water it extracts the essential moisturizing ingredients from

lukewarm water especially when you are washing your face.
To keep your skin fresh and moisturized use a good oil or water based moisturizer to your skin at least 3 to 4 times daily depending on your skin type. During summer you can use a sunscreen lotion to protect your skin from the harmful ultra violet rays and during winter use winter care lotion or moisturizer. And instead of washing your face with soap you can use face washes, which are moisturizer based and does not contains strong chemicals. Soaps make your skin look more dry and dull. Before going to bed, use a good cream-based cleanser to remove the make-up. Then wash with a face wash then apply a light cream or a moisturizer. During summer avoid oily cosmetics, as these will make you sweat more. Wash your face frequently with a face wash or clean it with a cleanser. This will avoid blocking of the skin pores and hence prevent acne and other related problems. Use of eau de cologne in the bath water, deodorants and perfumes help to a great extent to keep fresh all the time. Use a nice talcum powder with a good fragrance for the more sweaty areas.
